If you care for a family member, neighbour or close friend, who couldn’t manage without your support, you are a carer and we are here for you.

We provide practical and emotional support to unpaid carers, empowering them to actively manage the challenges they face and thrive.  We welcome carers of all ages and from every faith, culture and background.

  • Our adult service provides information, advice and support for anyone aged 18 or over who cares for an adult who lives in the London Borough of Ealing.

  • We support young carers aged 5-18 years, in partnership with Brentford FC Community Trust.

  • We support Parent Carers looking after children under 18 years with learning disabilities, in partnership with Ealing Mencap.

What is a carer?

People often don’t think of themselves as a carer, because they see the support they give as a normal part of their role as a neighbour, friend, parent, sibling, partner or child.  But if you provide unpaid care and support for someone who has an illness, disability, mental health problem, or addiction, you are a carer, and we are here to support you.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended our re-launch event

Carers Pathways gives unpaid carers a regular break by providing interesting and meaningful activities for those they care for. We were delighted to see so many carers and partner organisations at our re-launch event on 18th May, learning about the support the different organisations in the Carers Pathways partnership can offer. Find out more about Carers Pathways and our re-launch event.
